The assignment comprised two main parts, each with specific tasks and responsibilities. The first part of the assignment, led by Transition Stories, focused on conducting a thorough preliminary survey. This preliminary research included a comprehensive survey to gauge companies’ interest in promising cooperation themes. Through this survey, potential collaboration opportunities were identified and key insights were gathered that formed the basis for further actions.
A crucial outcome of the preliminary study was the creation of a steering committee composed of representatives of the companies involved. This steering committee was tasked with forming the eventual board of the business park association. Working closely with this steering committee, Transition Stories developed a thorough launch strategy. This strategy aimed to effectively launch the business park management and increase business involvement.
The second part of the assignment was led by Quares and involved the practical implementation of business park management and cooperation with the companies. Here the emphasis was on implementing the strategies developed during the preliminary study, and maintaining a constructive dialogue with the companies. Quares provided a structured approach to achieving the business park management objectives, representing the interests of all parties involved.
